Business Visa Application Requirements for a Mozambique Visa

1. Passport

   The applicant´s actual passport. The passport must:

   • Be in good condition. Not be damaged in any way
   • Be valid at least six months beyond exit date
   • Have at least one blank visa page
      

2. Photograph

   You must provide photographs. Upload your photo and we will print it to the exact specifications required for this visa. Follow https://cibtvisas.com.mx/photo-service to upload your photo.

   
   Alternatively, you may provide two colour, passport type photographs that meet the following strict criteria: be taken within the last three months against a white background and printed on high quality photo paper; be 35mm by 45mm in size; provide the full frontal view of your head with your face centered in the middle and displaying a neutral (non-smiling) expression. You may wear neither spectacles nor headwear except for religious purposes and wear colour clothes. Your photographs should not be affixed to your application and may not display evidence of adhesive or staples.

3. Letter of Invitation

   An original letter of invitation from the company the applicant is visiting. This letter must:

   • Be on company letterhead paper
   • Include the name and passport number of the applicant
   • Specify the purpose of journey
   • Include the name, address and thelephone number of the organisation(s) to be visited
   • Include an acceptance of financial responsibility for the applicant
   • Bear company's seal and signature
     

4. Proof of Company Registration

   Evidence of registration for the company to be visited. This must be provided as a copy of the company's certificate of incorporation or any other document certifying the legal operation of the company, issued by the appropriate authority in Mozambique

5. Proof of Travel Arrangements

   A copy of the flight confirmation showing onward/return travel

6. Copy of ID

   A copy of the applicant's valid ID (IFE or INE)

7. Visa Application Form

   One fully completed and signed application form

8. CIBTvisas Order Form

   Complete and submit with your other materials one CIBTvisas Order Form.
